Performance Coaching
This project is designed to support instructional coaches and school leaders in the further development of their coaching skills. Based on CLASSNET, from the New Teacher Center and Performance Coaching from Renewal Coaching, professionals are provided thirty six hours of one hour coaching on one or more specific topics or projects of their choice. This coaching approach utilizes the 100 day plan concept which fosters goal setting, problem analysis, and project planning.
