Home Schooling is an educational option in Oregon where Education Service Districts (ESD) provide registration for students not enrolled in public or private school. Students may be home schooled at any time during the year. Multnomah ESD provides home schooling registration for students that live in Multnomah County.

DMV Statement of Enrollment
Is your home schooler planning to obtain a drivers permit or license? If so, you no longer need to submit a Statement of Enrollment form to the Oregon DMV. Please see the Oregon DMV link below for requirements about obtaining a driving permit or license for your child.
