UPDATE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER: MESD RFP Addendum
**MEETING AND DUE DATE POSTPONED** Multnomah Education Service District (District) is accepting proposals for furnishing Document Organizing, Scanning, and Archiving as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Sealed proposals will be received no later than: Previous Due Date: 1:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time Monday, February 5th, 2024 New Due Date: 1:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time Monday, February 12th, 2024 Sealed physical proposals may be hand-delivered or mailed to: Multnomah Education Service District. ATTN: Christine Otto, Business Services Department 11611 NE Ainsworth Circle Portland, OR 97220-9017 Email proposals must be submitted in pdf form as a single zip document. The subject line for the email should read: Document Scanning and Archiving RFP Submission. The single zip file should be sent to: Christine Otto (cotto@mesd.k12.or.us) AND cc’d to Jelena Doney (jdoney@mesd.k12.or.us) All submitted proposals will be publicly opened at Multnomah Education Service District, 11611 NE Ainsworth Circle, Portland, OR 97220-9017 at 1 PM PST on Monday, February 5, 2024, but because of the voluminous nature of the proposals, individual proposals will not be read aloud. All interested persons are invited to attend the proposal opening. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being conducted under the rules and requirements of 279B.060 for competitive sealed proposals, and related Oregon Administrative Rules, as well as District’s Policy and Procedures. The highly specialized categories of services include:
Selection of individual providers of these services will be based on a reasonable, efficient process developed by the department requiring such services. At this time, MESD is not soliciting proposals for Temporary Service Agencies. MESD is requesting contact information from any and all providers of temporary services in the categories listed above who may be interested in responding to MESD if and when proposals are solicited. To express an interest in responding to future solicitations for Temporary Service Agencies which provide staff in the above-listed categories, send an email to MESD’s Student Services department at rfpsped@mesd.k12.or.us. |
