Multnomah Education Service District (MESD) has received funding from the State of Oregon to assist its component school districts in actively engaging with communities of color and other underrepresented communities. As a result, MESD is seeking quotes from various providers of community services to perform as event organizers and facilitators between school districts and the communities they serve on an as-needed basis. Because the number and types of meetings will be determined by the yet-to-be expressed needs of individual school districts, it is not currently known how many contracts will be issued pursuant to this Request for Quotations (RFQ).
Therefore, MESD may enter into multiple contracts during the current school year with selected providers of the below-listed services (which are further described in the online RFQ form referenced below):
MESD is currently requesting quotes from providers interested in providing these services. Please submit quotes by 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on Friday, December 13, 2019, using the online form found HERE. Awards will be made to only those agencies who legally qualify as independent contractors pursuant to the standards listed in Oregon Revised Statute 670.600. To express an interest in providing similar services in the future, or for questions or clarifications regarding the current RFQ, contact Angela Giuliano Hubbs by email at ahubbs@mesd.k12.or.us or by phone at 503-257-1692. |
