A Message from Superintendent Jim Rose10/1/2015 Multnomah ESD staff, board, parents, partners and community,
You may have already heard the news that a shooting occurred at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg this morning. We are all deeply saddened by this tragic event. We wish to remind the community that in the event of an emergency directly impacting MESD staff, sites or programs, we will communicate via our website, mesd-all email, and FlashAlert.net.* (*Not all methods will be used in all cases—the website is the place to go first.) Our thoughts are with the students, staff and families of Umpqua Community College. Sincerely, Jim Rose Superintendent, Multnomah Education Service District
